Opteris Partners LLC operates an internal AI-powered operating system for use by Opteris Partners and its clients. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle data accessed through our QuickBooks Online integration.
When you connect your QuickBooks Online account to the Opteris AI Operating System, we access the following data on your behalf: financial transactions, expense records, vendor information, and account classifications. This access is used solely to categorize expenses, match receipts, and post approved entries back to your QuickBooks Online account.
We use your QuickBooks Online data exclusively to provide bookkeeping automation services to you. We do not sell, share, or disclose your financial data to any third party. We do not use your data for advertising or marketing purposes.
Transaction data processed by the Opteris AI Operating System is stored locally on infrastructure controlled by you or Opteris Partners. No QuickBooks Online data is transmitted to or stored on external servers beyond your authorized QuickBooks Online account and your local Opteris deployment.
We retain processed transaction records in your local system logs for operational and audit purposes. You may request deletion of any stored records at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
You may disconnect your QuickBooks Online account from the Opteris AI Operating System at any time by revoking access through your Intuit account settings. Upon disconnection, no further data will be accessed.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at opteris.co/privacy with an updated effective date.
