Opteris Partners grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Opteris AI Operating System solely for your internal business operations. This license is granted only to clients of Opteris Partners under an active engagement agreement.
The Opteris AI Operating System integrates with QuickBooks Online via the Intuit Developer Platform. By connecting your QuickBooks Online account, you authorize Opteris Partners to access, read, and write financial data in your QuickBooks Online account on your behalf, solely for the purpose of providing bookkeeping automation services.
You may not sublicense, resell, or transfer access to the Opteris AI Operating System to any third party. You may not use the system for any purpose other than your own internal business operations.
All QuickBooks Online data accessed through this system is handled in accordance with the Opteris Partners Privacy Policy available at opteris.co/privacy.
The Opteris AI Operating System is provided as-is. Opteris Partners makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy of automated expense categorization or bookkeeping outputs. All entries require your review and approval before being posted to your QuickBooks Online account.
Opteris Partners shall not be liable for any financial loss, accounting errors, or tax consequences arising from use of the Opteris AI Operating System. You are responsible for reviewing all entries before approval.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, you should revoke QuickBooks Online access through your Intuit account settings.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
